first day of school

i really don't understand why my parents want me to go to school. what will they do during this time? i'm sure they'll cry "oh my god, we'd rather keep our sweet Albine with us, life is so sad when she is at school."

this morning, mom told me "smile and try to know the name of the other children (because at school, there are other children, and they also have a name. like at the park!) she didn't say anything about the teacher, but there's also a teacher. 

the teacher is named mademoiselle. she looked at a girl in her eyes and said "aren't you Babette? Valentine's cousin? yes? you are punished, go to the corner" despite Babette didn't do anything, or she just took Calixte's eye glasses…

i'd like to make friend with Calixte, i love her glasses. unfortunately, he played all the time with Marcel, and they said they were boating in a deep river, and i can't swim! it's so unfair!

Ambre and Eulalie asked me if i wanted to play with them and we went on the slide.

it has been so funny: Arsinoe fell on her head, then Eulalie came on her, and Ambre pushed everybody! 

we had so much fun!

then Mademoiselle called us for
we sing the flag song. 

then Calixte put a thing on his head, took a guitar in the toy box and played the Star sprangler banner exactly like the cool man in dad's vinyl disc.

Madame, the director, told us
tomorrow will have a new teacher.

All are waldorf inspired dolls, handmade with cotton and filled with carded sheep wool. their faces are embroidered and hair are weft goat for arsinoe, crocheted mohair for calixte, TLS for babette.

calixte is 18", babette is 17.something, and arsinoe, between 16" and 17".

they all wear cotton outfit and hand knitted shoes (100% wool).
